Chime Feature

What is a chime?

This is the noise that can be made when you open or close a door. Usually, this would be applied to the main door on commercial properties.

How to turn my chime on or off

The chime function is either enabled or disabled during the install of your alarm system. The chime status can be identified by the C as shown below:

If you do have your chime enabled, you can easily turn it on or off from the main screen by pressing C.

If the C on the display has disappeared, you have successfully turned off your chime. To turn it back on, just press C again.

My chime isn’t working

If the C on your display is visible but there isn’t any chime, this would indicate the chime feature isn’t turned on. If you would like us to enable your chime, just contact us!
